A: I accept Microsoft Word documents or Google documents. I use tracked changes to record my revisions unless otherwise specified.

Q: How do you communicate with me?
A: Throughout the process, I will communicate with you through email and/or phone. I'll keep you updated on my progress and send you any questions I have.

Q: Do I retain all rights to work serviced?

A: Yes! Everything I deliver to you belongs to you in its entirety. After reaching out, I'll share my contract with you that explains my service in more depth.

Q: How do I find my word count?

A: If you are using Microsoft Word, your word count will appear in the strip at the bottom of your document on the left beside the page count. You may also copy and paste your document into a free online word counter.
